PlanStack
Build plans with AI — and carry them across models and sessions.
A planning workspace for AI-assisted development: build implementation plans and designs, then share them between models and chat sessions without re-explaining context every time.
What we made
PlanStack is a development tool for the way software actually gets built now — with AI in the loop. Developers use it to draft implementation plans and designs, keep them versioned, and hand them to any model or chat session as a structured artifact.
The plan stops being something buried in one chat's history and becomes a durable document that moves with the work — between models, between sessions, and between teammates.
Why we made it
When you build with AI, the plan is the most valuable artifact you produce — and it kept getting trapped. Every new chat session started from zero. Switching models meant re-explaining the whole project. Two developers couldn't hand off AI context without pasting walls of conversation.
We wanted plan-first development: write the plan once, refine it with whichever model is best for the job, and never lose the thread when a session ends.
Where we use it
PlanStack is how MKA Labs builds. Client dashboards, integrations, and internal tools all start life as a PlanStack plan, and the plan travels through the whole build.
Our developers move between models and chat sessions constantly — PlanStack is what keeps the design intact across all of it.
Why you might want it
If your team builds with AI, you have this problem whether or not you've named it: context that dies with the session, plans scattered across chats, and models that give worse output because they start from fragments.
PlanStack is model-agnostic by design — one plan, any model, any session, shareable with your team. Structured plans in, better output back.
