What we're building
Better Bundles is a Shopify integration for subscriptions and product bundles — the category Recharge dominates — rebuilt around ease of use. Set up bundles and subscription offers, adjust them, and read the results without a developer on call.
It's currently a work in progress. We're building it in the open with the brands we already run retention for.
Why we're building it
We run email and retention for commerce brands, and we kept hitting the same wall: subscription tooling that's priced, configured, and complicated like it's for enterprise. For a growing brand, most of that surface area is friction, not power.
Ease of use isn't a feature here — it's the product. Growing brands deserve subscription mechanics they can actually operate themselves.
Where we use it
The design is being shaped directly by the retention work we run on live accounts — the flows, bundle mechanics, and reporting come from what we already operate for clients every week.
As it matures, it slots into the same lifecycle systems we build in client engagements.
